7-10 A.M. - Check-In for the event just outside of the West Chester Ballroom in Marriott Cincinnati North (6189 Muhlhauser Rd, West Chester Township, OH 45069) Receive your name tags, lanyards, and swag bag.
9 A.M.-3 P.M. - Author Signing in the West Chester Ballroom (water/snack station will be available for all to grab from, quiet room will be available if you need to escape from the noise for a minute)
8-9 A.M. - Influencer VIP personal signing/breakfast and mimosas with the authors
6 P.M.-8 P.M. - Panel in half of the West Chester Ballroom. (authors and topic to be announced later)
7 P.M.-10 P.M. - LED Casino/Entertainment Night in half of the West Chester Ballroom (prizes announced around 9:50)
7 A.M. - Meet Up Space opens up for attendees to meet and introduce themselves before the event begins (this space will be available during the signing anytime someone wants to stop in and chat or meet people)
9 A.M.-3 P.M. - Bracelet Making Station just outside of the West Chester Ballroom in the Atrium
9 A.M.-3 P.M. -Bookmark Making Station just outside of the West Chester Ballroom in the Atrium

7-9 P.M. - Meet-Up Event for Attendees- Book Bedazzle - get to know one another and make lasting friendships while bedazzling your book (bring your book and the bling and space will be provided - in the lobby/atrium)
