Community Guidelines

• Respect Everyone. Treat all attendees, authors, vendors, and staff with kindness and courtesy. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

The following behaviors will NOT be tolerated. Engaging in this behavior online (FB groups) or at our event will get you banned:

• Harassment or discrimination of any kind

• Personal attacks, insults, or inflammatory remarks

• Disruption of signing or any activity at the event

• Use of the event to promote hostility or exclusion

Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior is expected to comply immediately. Event staff may take any action they deem appropriate, including warnings, removal without refund, or banning from future events.

These guidelines exist to create a safe supportive space for everyone. By attending, you agree to uphold these values.

• Consent is key. Always ask before taking photos of others, especially authors or fellow attendees.

• Badges must be worn. For security and ease of networking, wear your badge at all times during the event.

• 18+ only. Due to the mature themes of many romance novels, this is a strictly 18+ event. You may be asked to show ID at check-in.

• No strollers are allowed. No infants or children.

• Carts are allowed as long as they are not bigger than 18 by 18.

• Please reserve signed book requests to 5 per author if there is a line behind you.
